Two Week Session (Sept18 -Sept 29, 2023)

Service Description

Class begins Monday, September 18, 2023. Classes are held Monday through Friday from 8:30AM- 4:30PM. *Price does not include $10 Background Check Fee* *You will only have 3 days after deposit is accepted to get a full refund. Refund will take 7-10 business days. * If after 3 days, you will be able to apply to a different course of your choice. *You will need both COVID vaccinations shots or Medical or Religious Exemptions. If you received the Johnson and Johnson Vaccination, you will only need one shot. If you need help obtaining these requirements, please call the office. * *You will also need an recent negative TB test within 6 months and not greater than a year or a negative Chest X-ray. *You are required to wear your school logo T-shirt which will be included in your total balance, purchase price is $21. Price may not be included depending on certain circumstances. You will need to purchase your own scrub bottoms in the color pewter(charcoal gray) or Black. Any color shoes are ok as long as they are clean and in good condition. Absolutely no CROCS. *Clinicals are held in a Long-term Care Facility which will require 16 hours, these hours are already added in your course. Clinicals are held the second week of class on Wednesday and Thursday 7am-3pm* *Online options are available for your Lecture Hours, please inquire by telephone if needed.* *You will be able take your State Testing in our facility once you have successfully passed the class. This includes both your Knowledge and Skills Test. Price for both test the first time will be $125. If you fail, you will have 2 more times to take the State Test which will cost you $125 Per test(Knowledge or Skill). If you fail all 3 times, you will have to retake the Course. If you pass one and and fail the other, your only required to pay just for that one test. *
